Do I need to live in a certain state to use your service?
What are additional mailbox recipients?
Additional mailbox recipients are other family members, other individuals, or other business employees that wish to receive mail under their/that name. For example, if you signup for an account and you wish to share it with your sister, she will count as an additional recipient and would be required to complete a USPS Form 1583.
How long will you hold my mail?
All mail is stored for free at our facility for up to 60 days. After 60 days, we charge $1 per envelope per month to store beyond 60 days. Note: After 60 days all mail will be forwarded back to the sender.
Are there any long term contracts?
No! Each plan is month to month and you are not required to signup for an extended period of time. You may cancel your account at any time. Mailbox payments will NOT be prorated and must be cancelled (30) Days in advance, cancellations made after scheduled payments will incur upcoming month billing.
How much does it cost to forward my mail to me?
No matter where you are in the world, if you need to receive the physical copies of your mail, we can forward it to you anywhere! We simply charge Postage + $3 per shipment. For example, if you have ten envelopes you would like forwarded, simply charge Postage + $3.
How much does it cost to scan my mail?
What happens to my mail if i miss a payment?
If your payment is more then 14 days late. You will be notified via text & email that there will be a hold on all mail until balance is paid. If balance is not paid by day 21. You box will go into the suspension process and all mail be returned to sender after 30 days past due.
Do my unused scans roll over every month?
No, any unused scans monthly will not roll over to the nex month. You start over each month.
Who can pick up my mail?
Anyone you have listed on your account can pick up your mail. They must present ID at time of pick up
Can I pay cash for my mailbox?
Yes, Business 911 Maiboxes can be paid in cash. All cash accounts must be paid (3) months in advance.
How do I cancel my mailbox rental?
